First, we would like to thank you for taking the time to update us on all of your amazing accomplishments thus far. 1. Overall, how have you been since graduating high school?

2. Have you graduated college or a technical trade school, and, if so, what was your major, degree or certificate in?

3. Since receiving the PFBL scholarship, what has been one of your proudest moments? Provide any necessary context to help frame this achievement.

4. At this time in your life, what is one thing you do to keep yourself focused and motivated? This could be volunteer work, self-improvement efforts, a hobby you’ve undertaken to help with work-life balance, a form of self-care, or any other pursuit that you want to describe.

5. Learning how to enjoy the present while being conscientious of the future is quite the balancing act, but we hope that you are learning how to do so. What is a goal that you have yet to achieve, but are currently working towards? This can be a short-term or long-term goal, personal or career.

6. As you know, PFBL is dedicated to giving back to the community and ensuring that the future generation has even more opportunity to reach their goals than the former. What is one piece of advice that you, having already crossed so many thresholds, would offer to future scholars.
